Incident Report for DoIT

Identified

On Friday, March 14th, DoIT was notified of an issue impacting the ability to sort users in Brightspace's Gradebook Tool.

This issue is still on-going and a fix has not yet been published.

This incident was initially reported as part of another incident impacting the publishing of evaluations and feedback. D2L Support, the vendor's technical support team, has separated these incidents and is working on them independently.
