On Wednesday, October 13th between 11:45 pm to midnight. Telephony will be performing system maintenance on the Statistic Server for the Contact Center. There will be no effect on the operation of the Contact Center. The Real Time Report and Agent Desktop broadcaster will be zeroed out during this time.
