VoiceThread, the vendor, is performing scheduled maintenance on their servers. Users may be logged out of the service or experience degraded performance during the maintenance window. The announcement from VoiceThread is attached below:

We will be performing system updates on Saturday, November 24 from 5:00 AM to 6:00 AM EST (UTC -5). All users will be signed out of their accounts during this window and will need to sign in again. There is no expected slowdown or down time.
